What's the difference between standard cleaning and chemical wash? expand_more
Standard cleaning (RM85) is a surface wipedown of the filter, cover and visible blower without any dismantling. Chemical wash (from RM160) is a full strip-down: we dismantle the indoor unit, soak the coil and blower in chemical solution, flush the drain pan and reassemble. Chemical wash also includes free gas top-up. Use standard cleaning for newer units; chemical wash for any unit over 18 months old or showing weak cooling.
How much does aircond chemical wash cost in Petaling Jaya? expand_more
Chemical wash starts at RM160 for a 1.0HP-1.5HP wall split, RM190 for 2.0-2.5HP, and RM210 for 3.0HP. Ceiling cassettes range from RM280 (2.0-3.0HP) to RM400 (5.0-6.0HP). Every chemical wash includes free gas top-up (up to 10kg) and a 30-day warranty. No hidden transport or inspection fees.
