An aircond chemical wash is a deep clean that goes far beyond a standard wipedown. Our team performs a full mechanical strip-down: we dismantle the indoor unit, soak the evaporator coil and blower wheel in a chemical bath, flush the drain pan, sanitize the housing, and reassemble every component.
